I rarely call out another blog for being factually incorrect, but in this case I will. Someone debating Paterno with me on Twitter
posted this blog post as evidence of Paterno's bad judgment. I don't want to re-litigate the case in question, but I do. The verdict was "not guilty," despite the worries at the time being he would not get a fair trial in Bellefonte (racial issues). The young lady who accused him had zero credibility (she made the same charges, word for word, against a different young man at her previous school, mine), and ultimately he was found to be innocent. I haver zero doubt he was innocent.
This post can be used to knock Joe Paterno now. It should be taken down as soon as possible.
