Women make less than men. That is a fact. It seems that this is now up for debate though, with the GOP. The Democrats didn't let them hide with that position, they are putting forth another fair pay bill.
Republicans know it's a loser to say that women shouldn't get equal pay. That's obvious. So they're now saying that women actually make more. It's a bold-faced lie. Women make less money on the dollar for the same work. Republicans will try to change that fact for people, rather than change their politics.
